I've been there for spring training and had a ball. I evens caught one and had it autographed.Hope the indians stay there I really like that little town.

I have been going to Indians spring training since I was 10yrs old. Winterhaven has become an exciting city with many great restaurants and places to shop. The Inidans and Winterhaven are a great combonation.

I have been to Winter Haven at the same time as the Fantasy camp but have never been there for spring training. Has anybody been there for spring training ? Is it worth going to see the ball players ? We stayed at a motel last time. I would like to stay at a full service hotel or maybe a condo. Are there any in the area that I can walk to the ball park ?

Good idea ! Staying at a condo is actually cheaper. Check out the web site that you linked to for this blog at www.flcondos4rent.com. They have several condos they rent. And if you like close up encounter with the ball players, many of them stay at these same units.They are right next door to the park.

WOW! Thanks for renting yer condo to us. Great location - close to lots of venues with great restaurants. One question - We couldn't find a truly outstanding Italian restaurant. Do you know of any in the area? We will probably come back for spring training if you have any condos available. Thanks again.
