In certain cases and only in the off season we do try to accommodate stays as short as two weeks. Long term rentals are also available. Ask about multi months discounts! Yes, all utilities including,gas, electric, water, local phone service, and standard cable are included. Internet access is available by request at no charge. All of our units are fully furnished and come equipped with most of your daily needs such as towels, cookware, silverware, toaster, coffee maker, washer and dryer, micro wave, refrigerator, stove, glass ware, TV, can opener , iron, and more. Yes, we have a local agent that you may contact for any questions,service or emergency needs. Small pets are allowed in most cases. There is an additional fee as well as deposit required.
