beautiful city of Winter Haven, You can come back to your condo and take a
swim or just lay out by the pool. Plus,with a fully equipped kitchen you can
save money by staying in a night and cooking your own dinner,lunch or
breakfast !
Most of our condo associations request a minimum of a month stay. In
certain cases and only in the off season we do try to accommodate stays as
short as two weeks. Long term rentals are also available.
Yes, all utilities including,gas,electric,water, local phone service,and
standard cable are included.
All of our units are fully furnished and come equipped with most of your daily
needs such as towels,cookware,silverware,toaster,coffee maker, washer
and dryer,micro wave,refrigerator,stove,glass ware,TV,can opener and more.
Yes, we have a local agent that you may contact for any questions,service or
emergency needs.
Small pets are allowed in most cases. There is an additional fee as well
as deposit required. Any damages from a pet are the responsibility of the
renter.

Yes, several restaurants such as ,The Outback, Boston Market, Red
Lobster, Beef O'Bradys , Applebees, Fazioleos and The Olive Garden are
within a five minute walk. Several stores for groceries and other shopping
are close as well,such as Wal mart, Big Lots,and Publix and more.
